PCR overview
「加工食品および飲料製品」を対象とする。本PCRで対象とする「加工食品および飲料製品」とは、食品表示法（平成25年法律第70号）に基づき定める食品表示基準（内閣府令第10号）の第2条第1項で規定される「加工食品」を指す。本PCRは①「加工食品」として消費者に提供されるもの 、または②「食品原材料」（中間財）として事業者等に提供され加工されるものを対象範囲とする。
