PCR overview

The precast concrete products subject to this PCR shall be manufactured at facilities that have obtained certification to the applicable Japanese Industrial Standards for precast concrete products (JIS A 5361, JIS A 5371, JIS A 5372, JIS A 5373, and JIS A 5406), or accreditation under an appropriate industry certification scheme, including but not limited to the PC Component Quality Certification System of the Japan Prefabricated Construction Suppliers and Manufacturers Association and the Technical Performance Certification for Concrete Production Used in Structural Precast Concrete (PCa) Products of the General Building Research Corporation of Japan.
